Acquisto Real Estate recognizes that home sellers, buyers, real estate agents/ brokers, photographers, and other parties may see a listing on our site that the IDX feed has provided. We do not control what listings that we are showing, only what is provided by MLS. A repeat offender will not be tolerated.
Takedown Procedure
Please email the copyright agent to inform the website owner of any potentially infringing material. The subject of the email is to be ‘Take Down Notice.’ The email must include the property address, images to remove, and contact information of the requester. All potentially infringing material will be removed promptly following receipt of the takedown notice. Please note that the listing agent is the one that provides the images to the MLS.
