Hannah Ewing is a leading real estate agent in North Texas and has dedicated her career to helping clients find their dream homes, sell their properties, and invest in real estate.
When asked what her favorite part of being a real estate agent is, Hannah says she LOVES working with people. Through real estate, she can help her clients navigate one of the most significant emotional and financial journeys they will go through in their lifetime. Having spent 15 years as a fully licensed personal financial advisor, Hannah comprehensively understands real estate as an investment. She prides herself on thoroughly analyzing the trends and data when determining a pricing strategy for buying or selling a home. Hannah also enjoys the marketing and networking that go into getting the maximum attention (and the highest price!) for the home. Most importantly, though, she strives to offer her clients a gold-standard experience and to make the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Her ultimate goal is to build lifelong friendships one backyard at a time.
Real estate is both a passion and a full-time career for Hannah. Her goal is to always be learning and growing. She holds the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) designation, setting her apart to market higher-end homes. In 2022, Real Producers ranked her in the top 500 out of 15,000 agents in Collin County. She also took on the role of Director of Relocation for Acquisto Real Estate. In this role, Hannah enjoys assisting clients in navigating the relocation process, whether into or out of the great state of Texas. In 2023 she was selected to be a part of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP), with the core values of community, service, integrity, and commitment. This unique program enables Hannah to make a difference in her personal and professional life.
Hannah has resided in McKinney, Texas, for the last 15 years with her husband and three boys. She truly understands the importance of community and schools in real estate decisions and offers her experience and local knowledge of Collin County to help her clients. She believes gratitude and quality time with loved ones are the foundation of a joy-filled life. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, reading, searching for treasures at antique stores and flea markets, attending church, and checking national parks off her bucket list.
