Katy’s background in business & project management provides her clients unparalleled representation during the different stages of buying and selling real estate. Her professional communication makes the real estate process smooth and transparent the entire way. Her experience as a Division I collegiate athlete gives you a competitive advantage because she’s used to hard work, consistently delivers on high expectations and knows what it takes to win. Her # 1 goal is to make every client feel comfortable and confident every step of the way, all while creating life-long friendships.

Hailing from Whidbey Island, Washington (20 miles NW of Seattle) Katy loves the big city amenities that North Dallas has to offer, coupled with the intimate small-town feel she grew up with. Katy competed in track and field at the University of Tulsa where she studied marketing and public relations while earning her BS in Communications. From there she spent a decade coaching and mentoring as a General Manager for 24 Hour Fitness as she combined her love for health & wellness as a fitness enthusiast with her passion for helping those around her achieve their goals personally and professionally.  Katy’s transition to real estate in 2017 was an easy decision. She now utilizes all her strengths to help families across North Dallas achieve their piece of the American dream.

When not working Katy enjoys spending time with her family. As a new boy-mom, you can find them enjoying the great outdoors, camping at Texas State Parks, and cheering on her nephews during baseball tournaments. On the rare occasion Texas weather allows you to be outside without melting in the heat you might just catch her with her 130 lb Pyradoodle, Bernard and 50 lb boxer, Dixie, who are even friendlier than she is.
