Social Media Specialist

Acquisto Real Estate is looking for a superstar that is passionate that is highly motivated, and is constantly in the pursuit of excellence. This individual must be a collaborative and detail-oriented marketing guru on a quest to support brand messaging and the execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for the creation and implementation of events and content, including videos and social media posts.

The marketing family member will be responsible for building content and managing our brand presence on all social media platforms and owned channels (Website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

The successful candidate will work closely with Acquisto Real Estate’s Real Estate Family Marketing Team, delivering effective campaigns, as well as helping the company and our partners to further build brand awareness of the brand and communicate with Forever Clients.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Carry out the day-to-day operations of the company’s social media initiatives, including the development and execution of social media content (and calendar) and campaigns across all social media channels and emails campaigns.

  • Build content (social media / video/ blog) that will resonate with our audience and align with our core brand values.

  • Support the operations of marketing programs for events, and the execution of branded company marketing collateral (for both internal and external use).

  • Drive brand awareness and brand recognition.

  • Aid with agent branding and social media strategy.

  • Consistent updating of website and blog to remain up-to-date and provide fresh content experiences.

  • Analyzing, reviewing, and implementing SEO strategies.

  • Redesign marketing material on a consistent basis to ensure fresh and unique branding within the competitive marketplace.

  • Think outside the box marketing pieces that drive website traffic.

  • Market listings through social media platforms.

  • Maintaining brand through enforcement of identity standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Team player – a detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Highly autonomous — the ability to drive progress with little involvement from leadership in a fast-moving, unstructured environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Prior experience with the following activities: writing blog posts, social media posts, event descriptions, video editing, newsletters, and email promotions.

  • Prior marketing experience with proficiency utilizing digital tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, WordPress, Zoho, Search Engine Optimization, and others.

  • Graphic design background and understanding of building graphics to garner engagement.

  • Effective communicator.

  • Real estate, mortgage, or title/escrow experience.
